#7 CREATIVITY AND THE THIRD REASON FOR DESTRUCTION

CREATIVITY AND THE THIRD REASON FOR DESTRUCTION
The third reason we create less than ideal circumstances serves a higher purpose which is why I saved it for a special discussion.  It is a purpose we often do not consider because we see experiences as having power of us.  When experiences are viewed as the cause we think the way we feel towards that experience is the result.  You feel helpless in this case and very much at the mercy of what you perceive as happening to you.
Consider yourself for the moment as the initiator of your circumstances.  Instead of seeing yourself as a victim, consider yourself the teacher.  Sometimes the reason we create disparaging situations fulfills a need in others.  What are you teaching others through your situation?  What are you teaching yourself?  Through every disparaging circumstance, the meaning of an opposite emotion is derived.  We experience love through hurt, an appreciation of health through illness, and gratitude through despair.
Construction and Destruction are both forms of creativity.  Meaning is derived from each endeavor.  While we may not want to have cancer, lose a loved one or die prematurely, know that your creative purpose and the purpose of others around you is being fulfilled in a beneficial way.
