#5 CONSCIOUS MIND & THE UNIVERSAL MIND

CONSCIOUS MIND & THE UNIVERSAL MIND
You are aware of yourself, yet you do not reside solely in your head for once the physical components are stripped down to levels of energy, you are nowhere to be found.  Yet, you are there aware of yourself.  The conscious mind is the part of you that is aware of you.  It is no more physical than you are.  The conscious mind directs your physical experience.  It is the part of you that produces your thoughts and thinks in terms of “I.”   The conscious mind experiences the physical world around very personally through thoughts and beliefs.  Your conscious mind is connected to the Omnipotent Universal Mind.  The Universal Mind is an endless source of everything.  It is infinite, endless, timeless, and Omnipotent.  Since you cannot be separate from something comprised of everything, you are connected to the Universal Mind.  Something that is everything has to include you or it would not be everything.  The portal between these two great power stages, the conscious mind and the Universal Mind, is traveled by your thoughts.
You have other non-physical qualities that make up you in addition to your body and conscious mind.  Your thoughts, feelings and emotions contribute to you.  Your thoughts, feelings and emotions have no physical presence, yet are very much part of you.    Your senses allow you to experience reality apart from the physical world.  The physical attributes that you see then are a product of the workings of these non-physical components; Universal Mind, conscious mind, thoughts, feelings and emotions organizing your energy.
Your body is a projection of the thoughts and beliefs of the conscious mind.  The atoms in your body are mobilized by the energy of your thoughts.  The body gives you a physical presence.  Without the body, the mind could not act out physically.  The shape of your body and physical attributes are based upon your thoughts and beliefs and cannot be separated from them.  If you are 5’10”, you cannot think your way into a 6’2” frame since your beliefs regarding the capabilities of your body stand guard against such attempts.  How you perceive yourself physically is rooted in your mental thoughts.   Your mental thoughts hold the form of your body.  As your thoughts change over time your physical body is altered to coincide with those thoughts and beliefs.
Your conscious mind, thoughts, feelings and emotions allow you to manipulate physically.  They are all your navigators.  The Universal Mind is the well from which the conscious mind draws upon to create.  The Universal Mind is Omnipotent, Omnipresence and Omniscience.  It is the source of your being and because you are connected to the Universal Mind, you are infinite.  The Universal Mind is to you, what a drop of water is to the ocean.  You are unique in your qualities and attributes, yet you are connected to the whole.  The drop can be removed from the ocean yet the contents are the same.  A piece cannot be different from the whole.  This oneness with the Universal Mind connects us to the infinite and to each other.
Religions liken the Universal Mind to the concept of God; some see it as a spiritual connection, while others lend little credibility at all to Omnipotent ties.  In physics, a relatively new concept is emerging called String Theory.  It is referred to as the Theory of Everything.  String Theory attempts to explain that we are reduced sub-atomically to that of a string of matter, connected to everything else.  Regardless of your religious affiliation, scientific principals or spiritual decrees you are connected to Omnipotence.  You are not separate from anything in the Universe.  Everything connects across the invisible field of perceived empty space.  You are energy connected to all other forms of energy incapable of being destroyed.  When you understand this powerful principle, you see the connection to Omnipotence.  You are connected to everything, everywhere, at all times, always. Whether you link yourself to a God, a spiritual connection or a string you are infinite.
The Universal Mind is the part of our being that connects us to the infinite while the conscious mind connects us to our physical world.  The conscious mind is the mind of our physical world and produces our thoughts.  The Universal Mind feeds the endeavors of the conscious mind.  The two minds unite through thought connecting our physical reality to infinite possibilities.
While the term “connection” implies a separation, it is important to realize the conscious mind and the Universal Mind are not separate and distinct.  They are one.  The conscious mind has the ability to think.  The Universal Mind is free from singular thought because it is everything occurring all at once.  You cannot know the conscious mind without knowing the Universal Mind and vice versa.  One without the other is void of meaning.   Consider as an example how you would have a true understanding of freedom without imposed boundaries.  Conversely, how would you notice boundaries without a concept of freedom?  Your thoughts are your boundaries to some extent because they channel the concept of infinity through a singular filter or viewing angle; a thought.  Your ability to direct your thoughts subsequently presents you with infinity as all thoughts are possible.
It is the conscious mind that directs thoughts.  Thoughts are the pushers and pullers of energy.  Your thoughts are energy with a measurable frequency traveling from your conscious mind to the Universal Mind.  This energy knows no time and has no boundaries.  The Universal Mind sifts the thoughts for pulses of similar energy.  Beliefs are your strongest propellers of energy due to the number of thoughts contributing to the belief.  Therefore, beliefs contain the energy force necessary to act upon the Universal Minds supply of potential physical form.  The physical reality you experience is a product of the conscious minds thoughts and beliefs acting upon the Omnipotence of the Universal Mind and the Universal Mind in turn mirroring the thought energy of the conscious mind into physical form.
Your predominant thoughts produce your experiences; not the occasional thought or the moment or two of energized enthusiasm but your habitual patterned thoughts.  Reality expresses itself as the predominant mental attitude of the conscious mind.  Consequently, if into that funnel from the conscious to the Universal, thoughts sporadically trail, then the reality produced feels just as sporadic, circumstantial and unintentional.
It is only because we are not accustomed to directing our own thoughts that we cannot see the relationship between past thoughts and present circumstance.  Instead we let thoughts slip through the conscious mind into the Universal Mind without consideration given as to the foundation being built.  We are content using the Universal Mind as our dumping ground to whimsical thoughts.  The product of whimsical thoughts is a reality that feels imposed upon us instead of created by us.
It is this reality sprung from unintentional thoughts that we are not willing to claim as our own will.  We do not recognize it as our creation because it does not bare the stamp of our approval.  Like a bastard child whose responsibility we are not willing to accept, we reject the seeds we have sown.  However, we are not doomed to repeat present circumstances.  We have the ability to redirect our thoughts to a more constructive purpose.  Since we create our reality, as our predominant thoughts change so too will our experiences.
Our thoughts are our elementary building blocks of our energy.  All form is created from bound energy, including us!  Once you grasp that you also are bound energy in motion at your core, you can then learn to direct that energy.  Knowing you are a state of energy is hopefully exhilarating.  You are a force.  Before you think of yourself as small and insignificant energy, let me remind you of the magnificent amount of energy harbored in just one atom.  It takes the most awesome power known in the universe to split that tiny atom.  You are a mass of energy and a mass of atoms.  The power you contain is utterly explosive, to say the very least!
